Part of my job right now requires me to sound Australian, which is difficult. I can sound British (thanks moms!) but I’m pretty sure people in Australia hate the British, so I’m not sure how helpful that is. I’m trying to learn Australian slang, but I’m worried it’s going to come off sounded forced because, um, it is. I’m also working on spelling....

I think I might become a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer? I request information about it last week and got an email today. It would depend on the times I would need to be places. But. This is something. I blame Fosterhood.

One of my roommates has informed us that he will be moving out to go move in with his boyfriend.  Which leaves me and P to find a new roommate. Because we are Good Planners most of our ideas now involve breaking up friends of ours in couples so that one of them can live with is. I see no way that idea won’t go smoothly.
